How does the subscription model work?

The annual subscription consists of an initial shipment that includes the filter and refills, providing you with 12 months of filtered water (remember to replace the refills with each product to ensure quality).

After the 12 months, the subscription will automatically renew. This means you'll receive another pack of new refills.

Before the renewals take effect, we'll send you a reminder email with the following options: pause your subscription (maximum 3 months) or cancel it.
