We advise you to check the payment method details in your account. It is possible that the card to which it is linked has expired.
Here are the instructions on how to change or update your payment method:
- First you must log in to your account with your username and password.
- Go to the "Subscription" section and change the payment method by clicking on "Change Method".
- Finally, enter your credit card information and click on "Change Payment Method".
- If you want to renew immediately and receive your refills as soon as possible, go back to the "Subscription" section and underneath you will see the option "Renew Now" which will allow you to pay and execute the renewal.
