Where is my order/delivery information?

We will send you an order confirmation and the shipping partner will send you a tracking code as soon as they process your order.

Once your order is shipped, delivery takes place as follows:

Standard: 1 to 3 business days in Spain, 5 to 7 days in other countries (and the Canary Islands).

All deliveries require signature.
Delivery to shipping agencies, mailboxes or hotels is not possible.
Delivery is not possible on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping cost: Free
Countries: We ship our products to the following countries: Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Italy, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg , Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.

For shipments and customs procedures to the Canary Islands, please provide your identification document at the delivery address.
