How does the EcoPro subscription model work?

The annual subscription consists of a first shipment that includes the filter + 4 refills that give you 12 months of filtered water (remember to change it every 3 months to guarantee its quality).

After 12 months, the subscription will be automatically renewed. This means that you will receive 4 new refills for €59 per year.

Before the renewals become effective, we will send you a reminder email with the following options available: pause the subscription or cancel it.
