All our products undergo strict quality tests before they are shipped to our customers. We offer a warranty on all our products, the duration of which depends on the type of product:
"Annual Pack with Subscription": Lifetime warranty as long as the subscription is still running.
"Starter Pack / 3 months": 1 year warranty.
Below is a summary of TAPP Water's warranty conditions. In the event of any discrepancy between this summary and the EULA, the EULA shall prevail. Local consumer protection laws may provide additional warranty rules. TAPP Water's warranty does not in any way limit any rights you may have under such laws. TAPP Water's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of any TAPP Water product for the time stated from the date of purchase from the TAPP Water website or from the date of purchase from a TAPP Water direct sales outlet. TAPP Water does not warrant that its products will:
- Function without interruption
- Are free from errors or defects
If you have a valid claim under TAPP Water's warranty and you have returned the product in accordance with the established procedure, we will replace the defective product free of charge. If we determine that the problem is not covered by TAPP Water's warranty, we will notify you and inform you of the service or replacement alternatives available. The warranty period will not be extended if we replace the product.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by customers. This applies especially in case of improper use, incorrect handling or unauthorised repair attempts, above all:
- Problems resulting from external causes, such as accidents, abuse or misuse;
- Uses not in accordance with TAPP Water's product instructions;
- Problems caused by the use of third party accessories, parts or components.
