The reason we do not have official NSF certification is that we are constantly improving the filtration technology. NSF certification takes 6-12 months and every time we make a small change to the product we have to re-do the certification, which means it does not apply to the product we sell. Therefore, we have chosen to test according to NSF, but not to certify.
In addition, NSF is often not well explained or understood by customers. Very few people understand what NSF 42 or 53 means in terms of filtration.
What is important is that all claims we make regarding filtered/removed substances are backed up by third party testing that we openly share.
